Work on the three important components of fitness:
Aerobic: cardiovascular work strengthens the heart and lungs as you burn calories and fat.
Muscle: conditioning tones and shapes your muscles, and also increases your strength and endurance.
Stretching: improves your flexibility and promotes relaxation.
