Work on the three important components of fitness:

Aerobic: cardiovascular work strengthens the heart and lungs as you burn calories and fat.

Muscle: conditioning tones and shapes your muscles, and also increases your strength and endurance.

Stretching: improves your flexibility and promotes relaxation.

Included in this video is a short warm-up, followed by three ten-minute aerobic step segments.  You can do one, two, or all three segments depending on how you feel each day.  After a cool down, this video will take you through a series of muscle -toning exercises for the legs, abdominals, and arms finishing with a great stretch that will leave you energized.
